We support and comply with the GDPR 2016/697 with regard to the capture, processing and movement of personal data. SenseDeep LLC with headquarters in the USA is a data controller as defined by the GDPR and a processor of personal data. We collect information from you so that we can provide you with the PowerDown service and to improve the service over time. This information includes account information, access information, cloud access, configuration, performance and log data.
When you create an account, you provide personally identifiable information including, but not limited to: name, email address and credit card information. You may also provide us with additional information about you such as your physical address and phone number or about your site such as the your cloud provider account details and the other types of software you are using. We use this information to securely identify you and to provide, manage and tailor the service for you.
When you use the PowerDown service, you provide to us cloud data including configuration, security, access, performance and log data. That data is used to manage your cloud resources. You must ensure this data does not include any unauthorized personal or third party personal data for which you do not have permission to use and distribute.
We receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, the page you request and the time of access. We use this information to administer, analyze and optimize our service for better access and navigation. We also include a Google Analytics cookie to monitor the pattern of access and load on our site.
We create persistent cookies in your browser sessions to assist with secure login and to personalize your experience of our service. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features.
Use of Collected Information
We use your contact information to identify you and contact you as needed. We use shipping and billing information solely to fulfill your purchases of PowerDown products and services. We use transaction history information and feedback to provide you with customer support. We use your web site preferences to tailor your experience on the Service. We use your IP address to help identify you and to help diagnose problems with our service. We use your cloud and server data to manage your cloud resources and to provide the PowerDown service.
We may aggregate data from customers for analytic purposes to use in a form to enhance the service. When used or shared with customers, this data will not identify any individual, site or server.

PowerDown does not sell the personal information it collects about you to third parties. Information collected from you is only used to complete and support your use of the Service and to comply with any requirements of law.

Information collected by the Service is stored and processed in the United States and by using this Service, you consent to the transfer of your information outside of your country. Where your data is disclosed to our data processors, it is subject by contract to at least the same level of data protection described in this statement.
We reserve the right to disclose your information when we believe, in good faith, that an applicable law, regulation, or legal process requires it, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect or enforce our rights or the rights of another user. If all or a portion of our assets are acquired by another company or we merge with another company, information that we have gathered about you, including personally identifiable information, may be one of the transferred assets.
Anyone under the age of 13 may not use this site. We do not knowingly collect or accept any personally identifiable data from children under 13.
